Usage Policy

This Usage Policy ("Policy") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the SnapSend platform at snapsend.org (the "Service"). This Policy applies to all users, including content providers ("Providers") and buyers ("Buyers"). Violations of this Policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

1. Acceptable Use

SnapSend is a content delivery platform designed for the lawful distribution of digital content. You may use the Service to:

  • Upload and deliver digital content that you own or have the legal right to distribute, including images, videos, documents, audio files, and other digital media.
  • Purchase and access digital content made available by Providers on the platform.
  • Share your content delivery links on social media, messaging platforms, websites, and other lawful channels.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, deliver, or facilitate the delivery of any content that:

2.1 Illegal Content

  • Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. We have a zero-tolerance policy and will report any such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement.
  • Involves human trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual activities.
  • Promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or the sale of illegal goods or services.

2.2 Non-Consensual Content

  • Intimate images or videos of individuals shared without their explicit consent ("revenge porn" or non-consensual intimate imagery).
  • Content depicting real individuals in a sexual or degrading context without their verified consent.
  • Deepfakes or AI-generated content depicting real individuals without their consent, particularly in sexual or harmful contexts.

2.3 Infringing Content

  • Content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Pirated software, media, or other copyrighted works.

2.4 Harmful or Dangerous Content

  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or other dangerous behaviors.
  • Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, drugs, or other dangerous substances.
  • Malware, viruses, phishing content, or any files designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems.

2.5 Fraudulent or Deceptive Content

  • Content designed to scam, defraud, or deceive Buyers, including misleading previews or descriptions.
  • Empty files, placeholder content, or content that does not match its description.
  • Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing schemes, or other fraudulent business practices.

2.6 Hate Speech and Harassment

  • Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Content designed to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate specific individuals.
  • Doxxing or the non-consensual sharing of private, personally identifiable information about others.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to prohibited content, you may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to evade bans, restrictions, or platform rules.
  • Use the Service to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud.
  • Abuse the refund or chargeback process through fraudulent claims.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data from the platform without authorization.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner.
  • Interfere with other users' use or enjoyment of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to content purchased through the platform without the Provider's permission.

2.7 Explicit and Adult Content

  • Adult content such as images, videos, or illustrations depicting sexual acts, exposed genitals, or graphic nudity.
  • Content designed primarily for sexual gratification, including but not limited to pornography, sexually explicit performances, or escort services.
  • Any artificial-intelligence generated content that meets the above criteria.

4. Age Requirements

All users of the Service must be at least 18 years of age. All individuals depicted in any content uploaded to the Service must be at least 18 years of age. Providers must verify and maintain records of government-issued photo identification for each person depicted in their content, confirming that every such person is of legal age at the time of depiction.

5. Enforcement

SnapSend reserves the right to take any of the following actions at our sole discretion if we determine that a violation of this Policy has occurred:

  • Issue a warning to the offending user.
  • Remove or disable access to the offending content.
  • Temporarily suspend the user's account.
  • Permanently terminate the user's account.
  • Withhold pending payouts to cover potential refunds, chargebacks, or damages.
  • Report the content or user to law enforcement or relevant authorities when required by law or when we believe there is a risk of harm.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior on SnapSend that you believe violates this Policy, please report it immediately to:

Please include as much detail as possible, including the URL of the content, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. For copyright-specific complaints, please see our DMCA Takedown page.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Usage Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
