  • Communications: Messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us.

When you access the Service, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Veriff: Provides identity verification (KYC) services for content providers. When you sign up as a provider, Veriff processes your government-issued ID and selfie to verify your identity. See Veriff's Privacy Notice.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: We use third-party hosting services to serve the website and deliver content.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data with third parties as necessary to operate the Service, comply with the law, or protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may also retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), or to resolve disputes. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and compliance purposes.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
